Ranbir Singh Appointed Delhi's Chief Electoral Officer

Bureaucrat Ranbir Singh has been appointed as the new Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Delhi, officials said today. Mr Singh, a 1991-batch IAS officer, succeeds Vijay Kumar Dev.
